Hann Molasses is hand-made of sour pomegranate only, with no other ingredients or additive, picked and pressed to get the juice and then cooked for 3-4 hours to have the concentrated dark syrup.
The taste of pomegranate molasses is intensely sour with a hint of sweetness and is famously used in Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine to prepare marinades, glazes, dressings, and sauces such as salads, Fattouch, makanek-Lebanese sausages, chicken liver, grill meat & poultry, birds…The outcome is a sweet and sour bliss!
